Like a fine aged wine, savour Burgundy slowly, with time for its subtleties to penetrate. Great art, gastronomic food, and a history fermented with religion and royalty are your first tastes. Sip again and find white cows dotting green pastures embraced by hedgerows, and villages where you are greeted with a wave and friendly calls of “Bonne Route!” Self-guided cycling is the ultimate way to discover Burgundy.

Tour Reviews

April 4, 2019

“Overall, we were surprised and impressed at how smoothly everything went – our bags were always there, people knew we were coming – (one inn) owner even worried about us when we got in a bit late! Attention to details on your part left us free to enjoy France. The trip route notes were excellent – provided lots of helpful tips, you obviously took great pains with the directions. We feel very satisfied with what we received for what we paid. Very professional service – we had a great time – thanks. Route took us through beautiful places and ‘Deep France’…”

April 4, 2019

“The tour was simply GREAT! And of course we had a great group – adding up to the trip of a lifetime. Once again I wan to thank you for your patience and diligence in setting up the tour. Quality very good. Suitability of bikes with regard to type, size, gearing, tire width and accessories was also very good. Accommodations were flat-out GREAT!”
