Arrive in Beaune. Wander through the picturesque narrow streets of this pretty town with its magnificent old buildings, pausing perhaps to indulge in some wine-tasting. Your bicycle is waiting for you, so you can also enjoy a short ride south to Pommard and back.

Explore the vineyards of the CĂ´te dâOr South among wine villages with names familiar to wine lovers around the world. Head as far as Meursault or Puligny-Montrachet.

Head into the CĂ´te dâOr North. Explore more wine villages as you bike to Aloxe-Corton, a famous wine town. Take it easy along a short, flat route.

Enjoy an easy, mainly flat ride into the countryside east of Beaune, among wheat and canola fields through charming villages like Verdun-sur-les-Doubs, famous for its fish stew . Then depart for your next adventure.
