Get access to our reward loyalty program after your first trip. Then it is simple, the more you travel with Randonnée Tours, the more you save. Complete 5 trips with us and receive 25% discount on your 6th trip. Complete 11 trips and receive 50% discount on your 12th trip. Complete 19 trips and your 20th trip is FREE.

This benefit is retroactive and applies on trips taken with Randonnée Tours since 2010. It can be combined with trip credits, Group Pricing, Family Pricing and Early Bird Price. The discounts received on the 6th, 12th and 20th trips cannot be applied towards extra nights, custom trips, single supplement and reservations made by travel agents. The discount is calculated after deduction of any trip credits used. At least 50% of the trip cost must be paid in new revenue, in order for a trip to count toward Milestone Awards. If savings/credits are used for more than 50% of cost, the trip does not count toward Milestone Awards.

Gather a group of eight travelers or more and each of them will receive a 10% discount.

This benefit can be combined with trip credits, Family Pricing, Loyalty Program and Early Bird Price. It cannot be applied to extra nights, custom trips, single supplement and reservations made by travel agents. The discount is calculated after deduction of any trip credits used.

When one child or two children share a room with two adults, youths receive the following discount off the trip price: 75% off for ages 1-4; 50% off for ages 5-9; 25% off for ages 10-16.

When a child shares a room with one adult or two children share a room, half of the relevant youth discount mentioned above applies. The third and fourth youths in a room will receive the full discounts described above. When one youth is in a separate room a half discount is applied, but the full single supplement charge applies. This benefit can be combined with trip credits, Loyalty Program and Early Bird Price. It cannot be combined with the Group Pricing and/or applied to extra nights, custom trips and reservations made by travel agents. The discount is calculated after deduction of any trip credits used.

Book your Randonnée Tours self-guided trip at least 10 months prior to your desired start date to get an extra 5% discount, lock in the current trip price and have a greater opportunity of getting better rooms.

This benefit can be combined with trip credits, Family Pricing, Loyalty Program and Early Bird Price. It cannot be applied to extra nights, custom trips, single supplement and reservations made by travel agents. The discount is calculated after deduction of any trip credits used.

Spread the word. Invite new travelers to join us for a self-guided adventure and save $150. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and in return we would like to thank you. When you refer a friend to Randonnée Tours who travels with us for their first time and has never contacted us before, you will receive a trip credit of US$150. It can be used on any future trip, and is valid for two years.

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. The person you are referring must mention your name on the online registration form. The number of ($150) trip credit earned is based on the number of registration forms received, not the number of people. One registration form entitles you for one ($150) referral trip credit. Trip credits are valid for two years from your friend’s registration date and are not transferable. Trip credits will be applied prior to any other discounts or incentives. Trip credits cannot be applied to extra nights, custom trips, single supplement or used as a refund on previous trips. Referred individuals must not have travelled with Randonnée Tours before and cannot live in the same household as the person referring them. This benefit is not open to Travel Agents booking clients.

All entries become the property of Randonnée Tours Inc., and may be used for publicity purposes and published on our website. Winning entries will not necessarily be published. All submissions may be edited for publication. Trip credit cannot be applied to extra nights, custom trips, single supplement or as a refund on previous trips. Trip credit will be applied prior to any other discounts or incentives and is valid for two years from the date winner names are published on our website (on next January 1st).

If you love your bike so much that you want to bring it for the tour, no problem, we will deduct the cost of the “bike rental” from your bill.

The deduction varies depending on the duration and location of the tour. Using your own bike implies that you are responsible for its maintenance and good functioning condition during the tour.

Our beautiful gifts cards can either be sent to you or personalized with the words of your choice and sent directly by mail to the (lucky) recipient.

Gift cards are non-redeemable, valid for 3 years and must be used in full at once. If the price of the tour offered changes, the beneficiary will be granted for an amount in US$ equivalent to the price paid for the tour when the card was purchased. If the beneficiary of the card wants to do a different tour, the tour offered will be converted in a US$ amount equivalent to the price paid for the tour when the card was purchased. The beneficiary will be able to use this amount toward any other Randonnée tours.
